Goal Setting is the foundation of the 90 day Journey as described in section 3 of the book: My Fat Pants Don't Fit.
There are several ways to determine your goal, remember the following when setting your goal:
- All goals should be I AM goals- Impactful, Achievable & Meaningful
- You can use one goal sheet for each goal or as I like to do it, add everything to one sheet so you don't miss anything bouncing between sheets.
- Hanging it up in a frame as the glass can act as a dry erase board.
